What do I get with Plus?
Every certification program written by CertMyLife — courses, practice checks, final exams, and verifiable certificates — for as long as your plan is active. New programs are included as we publish them.
How does renewal work?
Plus renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the price you signed up for: $5 every month or $48 every year. Your next renewal date and amount are always shown on your Account page. No surprise upgrades, no hidden fees.
How do I cancel?
Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel subscription and confirm. That's it — no phone calls, no retention maze. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again. Changed your mind before then? Resume with one click.
What happens to my certificates if I cancel?
They stay yours. Certificates you've earned remain valid and publicly verifiable by their credential ID (unless a specific program has an expiry date). You just won't be able to start subscription programs until you resubscribe.
How do custom programs work?
Two ways, both one-time purchases. Build it yourself: write the lessons and exam in our builder for free, then pay $10 to publish. Or have us build it: tell us what your people should be certified in, pay $199, and our team writes the lessons, the exam, and the certificate title.
Who can take a program I build myself?
Only you at first. You can share it with anyone you like through a private invite link, included in the $10. Everyone who passes gets a real, verifiable certificate. Published self-serve programs are also sent to us for review, and CertMyLife may adopt one into its own catalog, edited and without credit. Your own version stays yours. See the Terms for details.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Something went wrong with a charge. What now?
Email support@certmylife.com and a real human will sort it out. If we charged you by mistake, we'll refund it.
